Talent management techniques for today’s economy: A podcast with Dr. Jeffrey Rosensweig

I mentioned that at the end of July I attended a staffing and recruiting executive summit in Chicago. The event, hosted by CareerBuilder for their clients in the staffing and recruiting services space, was dedicated to examining the multiple factors that impact how organizations are handling the acquisition and ongoing nurturing of talent.

Dr. Jeffrey A. Rosensweig, asociate professor of international business and finance at Emory University, provided a keynote presentation that distilled the current economic environment in order to highlight possible scenarios to expect and manage in the near future.
