Agile verses fragile: Are you hiring the right developer for your team? [INFOTOON]

Posted by: Joel Capperella

We recently talked to our Chief Agile Evangelist, Bob Schatz, about what sets true agile developers apart from the posers. Schatz should know–he’s one of only 130 Certified Scrum Trainers in the world and has helped organizations successfully implement agile development techniques and has driven organizational culture changes for years.

We took Bob’s inputs and handed them over to cartoonist Mark O’Collin, who gave us this hilarious infotoon, which illustrates what sets agile developers apart from fragile developers. If you’re an agile developer looking to join a team, you’ll want to avoid working with some of these folks. And if you’re an employer, you don’t want to bring the wrong type of programmer into your workflow.

What do you think–did we miss any developer types, or did Bob and Mark hit the nail on the head?

The folks at AgileScout already shared this infotoon, and we hope you will too. Share this post with every developer you know and help us spread the word about the differences between agile and fragile developers.
