Alison Citti

Alison Citti has 14 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, implementation, staffing management, recruitment process improvement, and account and project management. For the past eight years, she has been involved in all things RPO, advancing through positions of increased leadership and responsibility, and working with clients in a variety of industries of varying size and scope. At Yoh, Alison’s focus is on the execution and delivery of the company’s RPO services and fostering her client relationships. She holds a B.S. in Communications from Ohio University, and currently resides in Columbus, Ohio.
